Dr. Susan Capitelli (Retired as of January 2022)
Dr. Susan Capitelli received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, followed by a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. She has been serving the communities of Richmond Hill, King City, and Vaughan for the last 25 years. She enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in a friendly and comfortable environment. She is fluent in English and Italian.
Dr. Norris Lam
Dr. Norris Lam graduated from the University Of Waterloo School Of Optometry. She has a Master's degree in Vision Science at the University of Waterloo and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Lam thrives on learning about the latest development in ocular research and disseminating her knowledge to her patients. She had served as Panel Member of the Inquiries, Complaints and Review Committee and Peer Quality Assurance Assessor for the College of Optometrists of Ontario. She has also been a Clinical Examiner for the Touchstone Internationally Graduated Optometrist Evaluating Examination (IGOEE). When Dr. Lam is away from the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Lam is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Dr. Anita Lau
Dr. Anita Lau received a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University, and a Doctor of Optometry degree from University of Waterloo. During her ocular disease externship at OMNI Eye Specialists in Maryland, she worked alongside cataract, retina, glaucoma and oculoplastic specialists. Her interests include dry eyes and educating patients on eye health. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and working on jigsaw puzzles. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and has working proficiency in Mandarin.
Dr. Kristin Lao
Dr. Kristin Lao graduated from the University of Waterloo, receiving both her Bachelor of Science degree and her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Lao is passionate about patient education and preventative care; she believes the key to preserving vision is having routine comprehensive eye examinations, starting as early as childhood. Dr. Lao also has an interest in refractive eye surgery and works at The Bochner Eye Institute. When she can, Dr. Lao enjoys traveling abroad and volunteering with international optometry organizations. Dr. Lao grew up in Richmond Hill and is excited to be able to serve the patients in this community. She is fluent in English.
